Barbadians had the flight of their life last Sunday night, when DMD Entertainment took to the skies of the BTI Carpark in Bridgetown. For weeks now the new group has been promising locals and visitors an experience of their lives, and last Sunday night as the music boomed and beckoned from afar, young and old answered the call for a heated Sunday night jam.Air Flight 613 – themed Cloud 9, saw hundreds of patrons decked out in white, and rocking to sweet DJ music throughout the night, while those in the VIP Belvedere Mile High Club, partied in style under disco lights, while served by sexy flight attendants. Not only did they enjoy back-in-time calypso and a trek in the future, but they also had the best of old dub flowing from the sound system. One of the founders Dale Clarke, told WE Magazine when the marketing and entertainment group got together, they decided Sunday night would be the best night to host their event. “If you look at Barbados, there are established events every night, so we felt this would be a good night to host our Crop-Over summer party” he stated. Each week promises a different theme and is sure to grow as the Crop-Over season heats up, since most can agree that DMD Air Flights are now the talk of the town.
