ONE OF FOUR people shot in a St George nightclub early yesterday morning is Barbados’ 16th murder victim.
Terry Bailey, 16, of Kingsland Terrace, Christ Church succumbed to his injuries hours later at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH).
Toney Alleyne, a 28-year-old woman of Bow Road, Codrington, St. Michael was detained at the QEH with gunshot injuries to both legs while Dwain Walthrust, 31, of Kendal Hill, Christ Church was treated and discharged for his injuries.
A fourth person, Bryan Quimby also suffered gunshot wounds but reportedly discharged himself from the hospital.
Reports indicated a group of men brandishing guns opened fire at the Town Man nightclub injuring the four.
Up to press time, police were still hunting for those responsible. (TS)
