A leading dairy farmer is totally against Government setting up any division of the proposed University College of Barbados on lands at the Hope Plantation in St Lucy.
MacDonald Stevenson, who has been farming a large section of the 200 acres of land at the abandoned rural plantation for over ten years, says he needs all of the land to undertake a major grass farming project through which he would be able to supply other farmers.
And he is accusing the Government of ignoring his application to lease the land.
