THE ANDREA BLACKETT ZONE is threatening to become Selah Primary’s personal playground.
National Primary Schools’ Athletic Championships’ defending boys’ Zone 2 champs looked well on their way to adding the girls’ title to this year’s loot as well after leading both categories at lunch during the Pine Hill-sponsored meet at the National Stadium earlier today.
Selah (94) held a narrow seven-point lead over reigning queens St Albans (87) at the interval but were comfortably ahead of last year’s second place boys’ finishers Ellerton (69) by a good 50-point margin. (JM)
