STUDENTS OF ST Matthew’s Primary took to the street today to sensitise the public about the benefits of going green and living  a healthy lifestyle.
Led by principal Eleanor Brathwaite, teachers and other staff members, they travelled along Jackmans, Skeete’s Road and Browne’s Gap before going back to the school.
Teacher Francea Benn, who chaired the committee that planned the event, said the theme was “Going Green, Keep It Clean”.
“We are looking at keeping the enviorment clean along with our bodies [and] also encouraging the community and our students to exercise and drink lots of water daily . . . , she said. (RL)
