CGI Maple fast bowler Barrington Yearwood grabbed six for 30 to have St Catherine reeling at 161 for nine on a rain-interrupted opening day.On a hot day St Catherine won the toss and decided to bat on a slow pitch. Chad Proverbs played well for 33 and the hosts had made 94 for three when a second shower came.Tea was taken early and shortly after the resumption Yearwood did his damage. The hosts’ tail wagged with an undefeated last-wicket stand of 27 between wicketkeeper Stephen “Shakes Man” Griffith and Stefan Gooding.
