Pastor says go into 2012 as conquerors

“REPOSITION YOURSELVES FOR YOUR BLESSINGS FOR 2012.”
Those were the encouraging words that Reverend Carlyle Isaac of the Western Light Nazarene Church in Oxnards, St James, told the congregation during an Old Year’s Night service.
“We are going to 2012 as conquerors moved by God’s spirit and we must move from where we are to where God wants us to be,” he told the packed church.
He said Barbados was in danger, but “the politicians or police are not the solution”.
According to Isaac, “… Danger faces every one of us but the Lord is our refuge and our safety.”
He told the congregation: “The saints of God on their knees are the only solution to the nation’s problems and we must call upon God day and night, for we need to open our eyes … and God will point us to a place of safety but we must move from our comfort zone.” (RL)
