INSPIRED by half-centuries by veteran all-rounder Ian Bradshaw and Jason Greene, Wanderers made a satisfactory total over visitors Super Centre Spartan. A classy and graceful 54 by Greene and an attacking 55 by Bradshaw propelled the home team to 250 all out late in the day. The Parkites were two for the loss of night-watchman Andre Marshall, who was bowled by pacer Diego Stuart for a duck.Bradshaw joined Greene with the Wanderers innings at the crossroads at 139 for five. Bradshaw proceeded to knock pacer Andre Gill out of the attack by stroking him for three cover driven boundaries. When off-spinner Hugh Husbands was introduced, Bradshaw hoisted him for two sixes and a four in an over that cost 16 runs. When Bradshaw departed at 215 for six, he had shared a 76-run stand for the sixth wicket from 73 balls with Greene. Bradshaw struck six fours and three sixes in his knock while the elegant right-handed Greene stroked seven fours.Earlier Wanderers batted on winning the toss and were given a 35-run opening stand by Joel Leacock and Marvin Forde. Forde scored 25 before he became the first casualty of leg-spinner Dave Marshall who took five wickets. Leacock compiled a fine 48 before he was dismissed just before tea. After Bradshaw and Greene propped up the middle order, Dave Marshall sliced through the lower order as Wanderers lost their last five wickets for 35 runs. Dave Marshall bowled a marathon spell of 27 overs to capture five for 78.
