Riquonne Waterman got a chance to try his hand at making sugar cakes as he attended the opening day of this year’s Barbados Manufacturers Exhibition (BMEX) yesterday at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre.
The annual exhibition features local products, and Kayren Taylor of Mickaycee’s was on hand to show patrons how to make sugar cakes and other Bajan confectionery.
