GEORGETOWN – The Guyana government says it is outraged at the murder of a 16-year-old girl, whose decapitated body was found inside a suitcase that was thrown into a creek and weighted down with dumb-bells.
Police have since detained the mother of Neesa Gopaul of Leonora, West Coast Demerara. Two other people, including the mother’s lover and another woman have also been arrested in connection with last weekend’s murder. (CMC)
