There should be no shortage of vegetables, eggs, poultry or any other meat in Barbados this Christmas season.
This assurance came yesterday from players in the agricultural sector who noted that they were already seeing high yields in production.
James Paul, president of the Barbados Agricultural Society (BAS), told the MIDWEEK NATION he was also expecting high-quality produce.
With about six weeks to go before Christmas, residents are expected soon to embark on their Christmas shopping for those items.
