A?NEW CONSTITUTION RIVER is taking shape as the current phase of the multi-million-dollar drainage improvement project nears its end.
A DAILY NATION team visited the site yesterday where crews were finishing up work on the project, slated to be completed by the end of next month.
The drainage project began in 2012 and has transformed the area into a place of beauty.
