Almost six months after he was struck and later died in a hit-and-run accident, the family of Ronald Knight are still in the dark.

Eldest daughter Shakila Wilkinson told the NATION on Wednesday they had not heard anything from police recently. She added the rest of the family were “so so”.

The 45-year-old father of six was struck by a green Suzuki Vitara around 6 p.m. on March 11 while he was walking along Bibby’s Lane, St Michael. The handyman was a stone’s throw away from his Exchange Hill home.

According to the police report, he was walking on the left side of the road and was struck from behind. The Vitara ran over him. (SAT)
