A piece of military history was resurrected yesterday to help boost our tourism.
The Barbados Garrison Historical Consortium Inc. launched the Change Of The Sentry, in celebration of Tourism Week 2011, at the centuries-old Main Guard at The Garrison.
The process is similar to the Changing Of The Guard at Buckingham Palace – just on a smaller scale.
The Garrison was recently listed as a World Heritage Site.
