Two MPs vexed over report

TWO?GOVERNMENT?MINISTERS are taking issue with the DAILY NATION’s reports that 11 Members of Parliament in the Freundel Stuart administration have been seeking an audience with the Prime Minister to discuss matters of grave concern about his leadership.
Both Ronald Jones, Minister of Education and Human Resource Development, and Dr David Estwick, Minister of Agriculture, said they had referred the matter to their lawyers.
In a signed statement issued yesterday, Jones, currently acting as Prime Minister, said that Stuart “enjoys my full confidence and unqualified support”.
“He has also demonstrated his utmost confidence in me.” (JS)
