POLICE HAVE ARRESTED and charged Kelvin Hall, 37, of Airlie Tenantry Road, Hinds Hill, St. Michael, for four traffic offences in relation to the serious accident which occurred about 5:20 a.m. yesterday at Eagle Hall, St. Michael.
Hall was the driver of the minibus which collided with a Transport Board omnibus.
The accident resulted in the death of George Anthony Blackman, 62, of 7th Avenue, Harts Gap, Christ Church who was a passenger in the minibus.
The charges are dangerous driving, driving without due care and attention, driving without reasonable consideration and failing to comply with traffic lights.
Hall was scheduled to appear at the District ‘A’ Magistrate’s Court today.
