In the world of sports at the Cave Hill Campus of the University of the West Indies, it is not all fun and games.
This was evident yesterday as tension arose after sporting students staged a protest to demand answers from the university’s Guild of Students regarding the allocation of funds for the sports programme.
Guild president Odwin Trenton attempted to provide those answers, but his responses failed to placate demonstrators, who continued to chant: “Where is the money, Mr President?”
Here, Trenton (right) listening to the views of the protesters.
