Prime Minister Freundel Stuart has signalled Government’s continued commitment to Barbados’ international business sector.
Addressing guests gathered at Ilaro Court last week for a reception he hosted for stakeholders in the sector, he said Government wanted to create a welcoming and hospitable environment for investors.
“Barbados has been committed to the international business sector for many years.
“In fact, Barbados became independent in 1966 but the very first piece of international business legislation that was passed in this country was passed in 1965,” he said. (GC)
