Remembering Rachel

One of the Powerpuff Girls has fallen.
The three friends – Rachel Pilgrim, 19, known as Bubbles; Jalisa Clement, 24, called Buttercup; and 19-year-old Jilisa Ifill (Blossom)  – were all involved in an accident along the Harbour Road, St Michael last Sunday. They were struck by a car.
Pilgrim died on the spot; the seriously injured Clement is still in the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Ifill is recuperating at home.
Yesterday, a week after the tragedy, relatives and friends gathered at the spot where Pilgrim had died to honour her memory. (CA)
