HEALING HERBS: Anger leads to health challenges

“Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do.” Luke 23:34.
IT IS VERY MYSTIFYING how some people continue to masquerade as the embodiment of peace. You know they are masquerading because their actions often lead to disharmony, hurt and resentment.
We often marvel at how these unkind, unforgiving and unjust people continue to sit in positions of authority. The answer often has its genesis in them being extremely deceptive, mastering how to misrepresent the truth with passion and having a very low self-esteem. In essence they are “bullies in little bottles.”
Last week I focused on “feelings of rejection” which are a direct result of some of this mysterious behaviour. This week the focus is on forgiveness and silent doctors as healing agents.
We are becoming increasingly aware of the negative language which continues to invade our land as a result of these masqueraders.
Many sentences are prefaced with, “I am in charge so do as I say or else”. If these words are ever directed to me I immediately replace them with this sentence, “I can do all things through the Creator who strengthens me”.
I have discovered that many people personally believe these negative statements and become very angry. Research shows that anger often leads to many health challenges. Healing involves using natural remedies and employing forgiveness.
On the website Greater Good, forgiveness is defined as “as a conscious, deliberate decision to release feelings of resentment or vengeance toward a person or group who has harmed you, regardless of whether they actually deserve your forgiveness”.
My forgiveness regime involves repeating 40 times daily for seven days “I forgive myself for thinking that Dan can do me anything wrong.”
The next seven days I repeat the process with, “I forgive Dan for believing that he can do me something wrong”.
This forgiveness is a very magnificent spiritual cleanser. it empowers, offers resilience, is 100 per cent guaranteed and it is priceless. Additionally, Barbadian silent doctors which will calm the body are bayleaf, soursop, mango, guava and breadfruit leaf tea.
It is often excellent to invest in a khus-khus grass and rosemary throw cushion which emits healing vapours.
You can be inspired by spending time developing a small kitchen garden and relaxing while nurturing it. Other proven relaxers are talking to the Creator, exercising or fixing 100-piece puzzles.
Finally, “fret not thyself because of evildoers because silent doctors are healing and our Creator is omniscient, omnipresent, and omnipotent.
