Thousands have gathered at Bushy Park St Philip in anticipation of the biggest night in entertainment − the 98.1 The One/MQI Soca Royale.
The preshow is currently underway and some the performers include King Bubba, Marzville, and Joaquin.
Later tonight in the Party Monarch competition, eight will go up against reigning monarch Lil Rick.
And in the Sweet Soca contest it will be open season as nine entertainers do their best to take the crown. (TG)
