Government has come up with an initiative to assist farmers whose milk supply to the Pine Hill Dairy (PHD) is under threat.
Chief?executive?officer of the Barbados Agricultural Society and Government backbencher James Paul made this disclosure yesterday.
He told the SUNDAY SUN that the Ministry of Agriculture had come up with a plan to provide financial support to the farmers.
But pressed for details, he said he would prefer Minister of Agriculture Dr David Estwick to speak on the matter.
