Government and public service (PSV) operators have just concluded their first set of meetings to discuss a way forward for the sector.

For a few hours this afternoon, Prime Minister Mia Mottley, Minister of Transport Works and Maintenance Dr William Duguid and members of the Alliance Owners of Public Transport and Association of Private Transport Operators met at Government headquarters.

When all was said and done, Government and the PSV operators declared the meetings had been amicable and were looking forward to meeting again next week to find a middle ground. (AD)
