Just before the rains came yesterday afternoon, a huge fire erupted in The Belle, St Michael, making access of that section of the ABC Highway a very treacherous crossing as visibility was reduced significantly.
The Barbados Fire Service reported that approximately six acres of bush and trash were burnt.
