ON TAKING two months’ sick leave from office, Prime Minister David Thompson named the Attorney General Freundel Stuart to assume control of and continue to steer the ship of state.
The direction, in which the ship is heading, makes me think Mr Thompson made a boo-boo.
He had better hurry back. Not one of the ship’s officers, it seems, knows anything about a ship’s compass, but by their apparent RAO (recently acquired obesity) attacks, they are tremendously acquainted with a ship’s galley.
Hurry back, Mr Thompson. Not me and Davy Jones locker.
