THE MIDDLE CLASS of a 95 per cent black country has emerged in Barbados where they kick the ladder of upliftment down that has brought them there.
We still have free and good education, but those who reach a certain high standard of academic qualifications and success exclude others from the decision-making and other important processes in this country.
Diamonds, gifts and geniuses can be found in any class, academic, race or society.
So we should be all-inclusive and not shut others out if you’re looking to be innovative, coming together and progressive.
The world is changing in a progressive but also a dangerous way, so we have to find the best ideas and solutions from wherever. We need to change course.
