An American cruise passenger collapsed while on board a tour bus this morning at the port.
Around 7:57 a.m. a male passenger who arrived on board the Crown Princess cruise vessel was preparing to undertake a tour of Barbados when he complained of feeling unwell.
He then collapsed on board the tour bus and was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) by ambulance. He subsequently passed away at the QEH.
Another passenger on board the Britannia also died, while that vessel was berthed at the port. No further details were provided on the death. (KOB/PR)
