Level 8 competitor Erin Pinder was among four Barbadian gymnasts gaining gold medals at the Coconut Classic Meet in St Vincent & the Grenadines last week Saturday.

In a very successful outing by the eight-member team coached by Jelani Brice, Mariah Gill, Jazara Lavine and Jodi Brathwaite also secured all-round gold medals in their divisions.

Fresh from a gold medal performance at the Crown Of The Carolinas meet in Rock Hill, South Carolina, United States, and the Presidential Classic in Orlando Florida, Pinder again dominated the Level 8 category with a dazzling display of artistic gymnastics.

She secured gold on all four apparatus – bars, beam, vault and floor – and a gold all-round. (EZS)
