Postponing the Barbados Ninja Throwdown to 2021 could see the event becoming a greater attraction.
That was the view of founder Delano Hinds during a recent interview with Sun Sport.
“Based on the bookings to date, which comprise both competitors and their travel buddies . . . , we were up to 32 people. That is a lot more than last year,” he said.
“I am looking forward to more ninjas signing up. Based on the feedback that I have received from international athletes, they have a great time every year. We would like to enhance that experience a lot more through our sponsors, who directly have businesses within tourism and try to showcase more of Barbados.” (RG)
