Five people in isolation, no new virus cases

The 37 people tested for novel coronavirus (COVID-19) yesterday were all negative, keeping Barbados’ tally of confirmed cases for the viral illness at 97.

The Ministry of Health and Wellness said The Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory has now completed 7 345 tests.

Of the 53 females and 44 males diagnosed as positive, 85 have recovered, five remain in isolation and seven have died. (BGIS)
