The family of Anthony Brathwaite Jr, who was involved in a single vehicle accident on Thursday, is now trying to come to grips with the shocking death of their loved one.
On Friday, his father Anthony Brathwaite Sr said he was taken aback when the police informed him about the accident.
According to police reports, his son collided with a Jersey barrier while travelling along Highway 2A in Welches, St Thomas. The 25-year-old, of Mills Apartments, Pitton Road, St James, was the sole occupant of the vehicle, which caught afire after impact while he was still inside.
