The House of Soca pitched for the first time this Crop Over season on Saturday night and it got off to a good start in the auditorium of the Derrick Smith Vocational School.

Mr DJ opened the show with It Got Me, an uptempo song about music which was well received. He was followed by Junior Monarch contestant Star Boy who sang Island Resources well.

Junior Monarch in the seven to 12 category Mhizz Kibaba was very good and the audience really enjoyed her A Song For the Children. (GBM)
