More Barbadian youngsters have been advised to stay away from gangs, stop the violence and avoid drugs.

This challenge was thrown out yesterday to 80 graduates of the Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) programme, who completed the ten-week course.

The students who took part represented Belmont Primary and Grantley Prescod Primary.

During the interactive course they covered topics such as decision-making, risks and consequences, bullying, peer pressure, communication and handling stress. (TG)
