Two public holidays in August

August 3, which was designated as Kadooment Day, remains a public holiday.

As such, there will be two public holidays next month. A reminder from Government said they are: Saturday, August 1, Emancipation Day, and August 3.

The usual Kadooment Day activities were cancelled when Government imposed restrictions earlier this year to limit spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. (BGIS)
