Police at the Black Rock Station are trying to locate the parents or guardians of a little boy who was found wandering about 3:45 a.m. at Hinds Hill, St. Michael.

The child, who appears to be around two-years-old, was attempting to cross the road near the traffic lights.

He has brown skin and his eyes are black, full and bright. He has black hair, cut low on the sides and the rest plaited in cornrows. He was wearing a blue T-shirt with the writing “when mum says no ask grandma”, and a white pamper, but was barefooted.

The boy did not respond to questions about his name or that of his parents.

Police are asking the parents or guardians of this young child or anyone who can identify him to contact the Black Rock Police Station at 417 7500, the Control Room at 4307100 or Police Emergency 211. (PR/SAT)
