One man injured in Haynesville shooting

Teron Forde is in stable condition in the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) after sustaining a gunshot injury to the left leg during a shooting incident at Haynesville, St James, on Wednesday night.

Forde, 30, who lives at Hartland Road in the same district, was among a group of men in the area of the canteen when the incident occurred around 9 p.m.haynesville-shooting-2-2093

According to police, two unknown men who were wearing dark clothing, came from a track and opened fire on those by the canteen. Forde was taken to the QEH by private car for medical treatment.
