Fire has once again engulfed the old Ministry of Health buildings at Jemmotts Lane, St Michael.
It is understood that the blaze broke out after 10 p.m.
Fire officers are on the scene.
Last month a fire on the compound affected the Vector Control Unit and the Barbados Family Planning Association. (Nationnews)
