Neil Rowe was elected deputy Speaker of the House of Assembly in this morning’s sitting.

Rowe, the parliamentary representative for St Michael North West, replaced Gline Clarke, who represented St George North for 26 years.

Clarke retired from elective politics at the end of September, triggering a by-election in the constituency that was won by Toni Moore. She made her maiden speech in the same sitting. (SAT)
