Residents in certain districts in St. Michael, Christ Church and St. George may experience low pressure or water outages while the Barbados Water Authority (BWA) conducts emergency work at the Belle Station late on Monday.

This work will require a shutdown of the station beginning at 4 p.m.

The BWA said it has tried to postpone the work as long as it could, but any further delay will severely affect supply to customers.

The Authority has advised to store a supply of water to assist during the shutdown.

The BWA said a full list of possible affected districts can be viewed on its Facebook page.
