The Mark Goodridge-owned Bodie Tap is fancied to win the feature race for the top class horses when the Sport of Kings returns to the historic Garrison Savannah at 12:30 p.m. today with the staging of the Welcome Back Raceday under strict guidelines.

Having finished second in his last two starts, he could go one better with  five-pound claiming apprentice N’Rico Prescod aboard in the Welcome Back Handicap over 1 570 metres.

Gandalf, if anywhere near his best form of two years ago, could take this field to the cleaners with his driving speed.

An apprentice claim by Rachaad Knight will see him hovering dangerously close to the penny stamp weight of 110 pounds. (LY)
