The three men involved in the St Lucy shooting trial were this evening found guilty by unanimous verdict.
Andre Omar Jackman, also known as Lord Evil or Punchies, 43, of Stroud Bay; Kaeron Sylvan Moore, 35, also of Stroud Bay and Broomefield; and Shane Hakeem Omar Babb, 29, formerly of Ellis Road, Crab Hill, and now of Grape Hall, all in St Lucy, had all denied using a firearm while not having a licence to do so on September 30, 2018.
The three men were also found guilty of unlawfully and recklessly engaging in conduct which placed Reshawn Greaves and Michael Abbott in danger of death or serious bodily harm on the same date.
Moore and Babb were found guilty of damaging a house belonging to Chrisandra Greaves, also on the same date. Their bail was revoked, and along with Jackman, were remanded to HMP Dodds, pending sentencing on October 8.
Queen’s Counsel Michael Lashley and Dr Lenda Blackman represented Jackman; Verla De Peiza appeared for Babb, while Shadia Sampson appeared for Moore.
Senior Crown Counsel Neville Watson and Senior Crown Counsel Rudolph Burnett prosecuted, while the matter was presided by Justice Carlisle Greaves in the No. 3 Supreme Court.
