Churches asked to submit form for building assessment

The Ministry of Health and Wellness is encouraging faith-based organisations to fill out and submit an electronic COVID-19 Building Assessment form to assist the COVID-19 Monitoring Unit in evaluating the capacity of individual places of worship.
