Kenyatta expects much fruit from bond

President of the Republic of Kenya, Uhuru Kenyatta, is predicting a bright and prosperous future for Barbados and the east African country.

Yesterday, before he left Grantley Adams International Airport just after 1 p.m., he said he was looking forward to building a better relationship between the two countries.

“I feel very excited about the prospects that exist for strengthening and rebuilding the relationship between the African continent and the diaspora,” Kenyatta said.

“The opportunities, after listening to members of my delegation who have engaged with various potential partners here in Barbados, are great.
