Motorcyclist is day’s second road fatality

Police are carrying out extensive investigations into a fatal road accident which occurred about 4:45 p.m. today along 1st avenue Rockley, Christ Church.

Dead is motorcyclist Anthony Junior Stuart, 28, of Bynoe Road, Worthing’s View, Christ Church.

Stuart was riding his motorcycle along the road when he lost control and collided with a utility pole. He fell off the motorcycle and died on the spot.

The motorcycle was taken from the scene prior to the arrival of the Police.

Anyone who may have witnessed this accident or who may have knowledge as to its occurrence and subsequent whereabouts of the motorcycle involved, are asked to contact the Hastings Police Station at 430-7612, Police Emergency at 211 or any Police Station.
