COVID-related deaths in Barbados now at 224

An 85-year-old man is this island’s latest COVID-19 casualty.

He died this morning at the Blackman and Gollop Isolation Facility.  He was unvaccinated.

The number of deaths recorded from the virus is now 224.

Acting Minister of Health and Wellness, Senator Dr Jerome Walcott, extended condolences to his family and friends. (BGIS)
