5 oz Homemade Syrup (Sorrel, Jamoon, Kola Tonic and Honey)
21/2 oz Peanut Infused Mount Gay Silver
Method
- Add ice into a rocks glass
- Pour syrup over ice
- Using a bar spoon, float the peanut infused rum over syrup
- Garnish with dehydrated fruit and cocktail clothes pin
