There are reports reaching Nation News of a serious accident along the Ronald Mapp Highway (2A) near the St Thomas Parish Church.
It involves two vehicles, but it is not clear at this time if there are any injuries.
The road is said to be impassable. Members of the public should divert at Bennetts and at the Lawrence Johnson roundabout by the church.
Police are on the scene.
