A young woman is expected to appear in the District “A” Magistrates’ Court today charged with cruelty to a child.
She is 22-year-old Latoya Joyanne Morris of Block 1 Eden Lodge, Housing Area, St Michael.
The offence was allegedly committed on Sunday October 22, 2017 at Pinelands, St Michael.
A recent social media posting appeared to show a young woman abusing a child.
The matter was investigated by the police and Morris was arrested and charged. (PR/NB)
