Clean it up! The complaints of unsightly garbage and unkempt areas will soon be getting some attention.
The Nation is starting an islandwide campaign aimed at getting residents to help keep the island clean.
This comes in light of constant complaints about the bush, illegal dumping in gullies and in deserted areas and the lack of regular garbage collection in some areas.
This area in the picture is just one of the “dirty” districts across Barbados that has been identified as The Nation calls on Barbadians to highlight some of the messy areas in need of a clean-up.
The campaign starts in the Weekend Nation from next week.
