Man shot at Botanical Gardens

A 30-year-old man is undergoing surgery after being shot in the abdomen at the National Botanical Gardens, St Michael.

He was said to be in critical, but stable condition, at the time he left the scene. The incident occurred around 12:50 p.m.

According to police, the alleged perpetrator reportedly walked away from the scene in the company of a female and three children. Investigations are ongoing.
